Order Processing
At Calmi Health, we strive to prepare and dispatch all standard orders within 2–5 business days. Handmade, personalized, and made-to-order items may require extra time, as each piece is meticulously crafted to our exacting quality standards. During peak seasons or major promotions, processing could take longer; should delays arise, we’ll inform you via email or phone as soon as possible.

Estimated Delivery

  • United States: 7–10 business days after shipment
  • Canada, UK, Australia & other international destinations: 5–16 business days after shipment
  • Made-to-order & personalized items: Up to 14–17 business days, depending on production and shipping destination

Please note: Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, and carrier-related delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. To monitor your delivery’s progress, visit our Track Your Order page on the calmihealth website.

Shipping Liability
calmihealth cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

Inaccurate or incomplete address information provided at checkout
Declined or unclaimed shipments
“Delivered” packages that are lost after carrier confirmation
If any of these occur, please reach out directly to the local courier or file a claim with the shipping provider. We’ll gladly assist with documentation, but resolution rests with the carrier.
